Managing Conflict Virtual Workshop

Managing Conflict.jpg

Managing Conflict is a virtual workshop training presented by Lark’s Song and co-led by Jill Morrison and Megan Gilmore.

Is the idea of conflict something that makes your stomach churn? What about being a room with people that have different opinions, beliefs, perspectives, or experiences than you do? Does conflict seem like a damaging force that you either have to face head on or run away from? Or perhaps it’s just a fact of life - something that you just accept and move on?

We’d like to invite you to finish your day, grab a drink and join us online to explore what science has to say about relationships and conflict and to learn practical, evidence-based ways to approach it as an opportunity to learn something new about yourself and others.

In this workshop, we will explore your relationship with conflict within your self and then look at the impact of your approach to relationships and conflict outside your self. You’ll come away from the workshop with an understanding of relationship science and interpersonal neurobiology, knowing your conflict style, and the ability to increase trust in relationships and confidence in navigating conflict. On top of that, we promise lots of practical tips and laughter.

After registering, you’ll receive an email with instructions to join the Zoom Video conference and how details on how to prepare for the party.
