the LARK’S SONG CERTIFIED COACH Training Program
The Lark's Song Certified Coach (LSCC) program is a 180-hour, certified coach training program meeting all U.S. national and international coaching competency requirements as regulated by the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE) and International Coaching Federation (ICF). The LSCC training program is designed to be completed in 6-month training cohorts. The program consists of three, experiential 3-day onsite trainings combined with virtual trainings that include conference calls, practice coaching sessions with mentor coaching & supervision, webinars, live lectures, and discussion forums. The combination of the onsite education with the efficiency of online & virtual methods gives participants the practical application, feedback, experience, and flexibility to leverage an optimal learning and professional development experience. All cohorts have a maximum of 15 participants, so coaches-in-training receive the individual attention, supervision, and customization that they need.
The SPRING 2025 COHORT beginning March 1, 2025 will be held with onsite trainings in MARION, IN at Lark’s Song.
