Spring 2022 - Soul Care | Skill Share Retreat Leadership

The LSCC Soul Care | Skill Share retreats are opportunities for our community of certified coaches to come together for continued development and transformation. All Soul Care | Skill Share retreats are co-created by our board and staff. We also intentionally collaborate with other experts, scholars and practitioners to offer a unique experience of growth and care each time. No LSCC Soul Care | Skill Share retreat is the same, but there are some things you can count on - intentional care for your person and deliberate training for your professional role as a coach.

For the LSCC Soul Care | Skill Share retreat on May 20-22, we will be focusing on the theme of EMBODIMENT.

Participants will receive 12 continuing education hours for the BCC credentialed coaches and 12 continuing education hours of Self-Paced Study under Resource Development for the ICF Credentialed Coaches.

Retreat Location

The retreat will be held in various locations in Marion, IN but we will start and end at Lark’s Song.

We are offering passes for the full retreat, Saturday only, and a Virtual Pass for you to join us anytime from afar. We also have an add-on option for a guided personal retreat time and a tea brunch with Megan on Sunday morning for those of you that would like to linger a little longer.

The retreat begins at 7:00 PM on Friday and ends at 6:00 PM on Saturday. The additional personal retreat and brunch will end at 11:30 AM on Sunday.

You can see a more detailed agenda below. Breakfast and lunch on Saturday, as well as snacks and beverage service throughout the retreat will be provided. All supplies will be provided for you and are included in the cost of the retreat - this includes our pretty awesome goody bags and new coaching tools.

Lodging is not included in the cost, but we would highly recommend that you stay at the Flourishing Place or the Old Oak Inn if you’re coming in from out of town and would like a hospitable and beautifully curated lodging experience.
