All of us have the ability to truly "see" one another, but most of the time we don't actually choose to do it, or we don't choose to acknowledge what we see. In this workshop, participants will have an opportunity to grow in their understanding of their own ability to see strengths and gifts in others, experience the impact it can have on individuals and within community, and leave equipped with skills to create a culture of purposeful interactions and honor within their own communities of influence.
