Rise & Reckon Group Coaching Workshop

Join Megan Gilmore and Aubrey Ghafari-Harivand for this coaching workshop on activating your empathy and engaging your imagination to create a resonant and innovative way forward for what’s next in your life.
So often, adults that we connect with are burden and fatigued by empathy and use imagination in service of their greatest fears and worst-case scenarios, rather than using empathy to fuel their imaginations around what could be possible for their future selves.
The Rise & Reckon Coaching Workshop will connect you to deep compassion, inspire your imagination and creativity to rise in service of your passions, and commit to courageous and innovative habits that reckon with the future you want to create.
Since this is a coaching workshop, one of its greatest gifts will be the other people that attend with you! In this kind of supportive and agile community, we can co-create ways forward that we couldn’t have imagined on our own.
COST
We are requesting a donation that honors our agreement of reciprocal hospitality at Lark’s Song. The suggested donation is $40 per person. However, if you can do a bit more, that would help us immensely, and if you need to do a bit less to honor your own financial resources and sustain your well-being, please do! This is a pay-what-you-can, come-as-you-are workshop. You will be asked to donate after you complete the registration form below.
LOCATION
This workshop will be held at The Wellife in Canton, Ohio.

Trauma-Informed Leadership Training
This training webinar introduces participants to neuroscience and trauma-informed principles that are relevant to effective leadership. Together we explore how to lead in co-creating brave paths, processes, and spaces of belonging for engagement and growth to take place.
The Trauma-Informed Leadership training webinar is facilitated through a combination of content presentation, practical discussion, and resource sharing for both personal leadership development and team impact.
Learning Objectives for Participants Include:
Describing the human nervous system and its relevance to employee engagement and performance.
Understanding the impact of trauma, options for trauma responses, and what this can look like in professional settings.
Analyze personal leadership and team challenges through a trauma-informed lens.
Reflect on and create a personal leadership practice and team action plan for increasing safety and agility in spaces and processes
This is a PAY-WHAT-YOU-CAN-COME-AS-YOU-ARE training webinar with a suggested donation of $60 per participant. You can also email megan@larkssong.com, if you’d like to bring this training webinar to your team or organization at another date and time.

Well-Being Certificate Training - Onsite 2
At Lark’s Song, we assess well-being based on seven facets that we refer to as PERMA+ME. These seven facets include 1) positive emotion, 2) engagement, 3) relationships, 4) meaning, 5) achievement, 6) mindfulness, and 7) embodiment. Each facet has undergone rigorous research in multiple fields of discipline. We now have not only a solid theoretical understanding of well-being; but also, well researched and effective well-being interventions that when applied to our lives increase human flourishing across the board.
These increases in well-being lead to improved life satisfaction, decreases in depression and anxiety, increases in efficacy and effectiveness in school and work, and so much more.
While adult and child well-being has been increasing overall across the past ten years, there is a huge gap between available well-being services, tools, and resources and accessibility to those resources by the people without the economic stability required to get or maintain connection to these resources. There are also staggering disparities and inequities in the accessibility of well-being services for African American, American Indian, and Latino populations. The injustice of these disparities and the suffering it creates only becomes more and more apparent.
We are strongly and unapologetically focused on providing increased well-being for all! We realize that we cannot do that alone and that the work needs to be done quickly. So we created the Well-Being Certificate as a way to multiply accessibility to well-being resources for your homes, schools, congregations, places of work, and other spaces of belonging.

Clarity Workshop
How will this help me find clarity?
Most of us go through life thinking that there are good decisions and bad decisions, right decisions and wrong decisions, and we are pretty good at making decisions when we know which one is safe, good and right. But what about when there are a lot of good options or when there doesn’t seem to be anything that feels right or moving into what seems right doesn’t feel safe? That’s when things get muddy. That’s when decision-making isn’t about morality - because any decision you make would be morally neutral.
This is when decision-making is about fulfillment! And fulfilling decisions that lead to our flourishing are based on a clear understanding and actionable confidence in our personal purpose and values.
In this 2-hour coaching workshop, we will help you create your personal purpose statement and clarify your top five values, giving you the internal resources you need to move into this next season with clarity.
What is a Coaching Workshop?
Coaching is all about partnering with you to get you from where you are to where you want to be. At its very basic level it’s about co-creating a desired reality for our clients by focusing on goal attainment through insight (unique personalized learning) and habit creation (repeated, resonant, conscious choices).
A workshop is an interactive, experiential method of coaching a group of people coming from different social environments and unique experiences toward a common objective. For this workshop, our objective is to co-create clarity around a personal purpose statement and values for each participant.
Who can attend?
Anyone 18 years or older. We will be offering a teen version of Clarity on Friday, December 9.
How much does it cost?
As always, our top priority is your fulfillment and flourishing, and we want to make coaching services and well-being education as accessible as possible. Registration and payment is required and the suggested donation is $25. However, this is a pay-what-you-can, come-as-you-are workshop. If you can pay more that $25, please do - we need it! If you can honor your budget and show up fully by paying $2.50, then do it and join us with joy and dignity.
There is no where else you need to be and nothing else you need to do to be ready for this. No ducks need to be put in any rows, no other boxes need to be checked for you to be worthy of fulfillment or to have access to this opportunity. (AND if there is a reason it doesn’t seem accessible to you, we would welcome the opportunity to partner with you to change that.)
When do I need to register?
The registration deadline is Wednesday, November 16 by 11:59 PM EST.
