The Lark's Song Certified Coach (LSCC) program is a 180-hour, certified coach training program meeting all U.S. national and international coaching competency requirements as regulated by the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE) and International Coaching Federation (ICF).
How it works
The LSCC training program is designed to be completed in 6-month training cohorts. The program consists of three, experiential 3-day onsite trainings combined with virtual trainings that include conference calls, practice coaching sessions with mentor coaching & supervision, webinars, live lectures, and discussion forums.
The combination of the onsite education with the efficiency of online & virtual methods gives participants the practical application, feedback, experience, and flexibility to leverage an optimal learning and professional development experience. All cohorts have a maximum of 15 participants, so coaches-in-training receive the individual attention, supervision, and customization that they need.

The program Overview
Pro-dignity pricing
Because we are passionate about reciprocal hospitality and believe that everyone should have access to coaching services, we offer scaled pro-dignity pricing options that allow for a greater range of possibilities for co-creating a more fulfilled and flourishing world.
Those who have more than enough financial resources can help those that don’t, and those that have other unique and creative resources can invest those to help us reach more people with well-being education and coach training services.
We make it really easy
Click the button below to fill out your registration form.
Pay for your LSCC training program in one of three ways:
The full amount of your pricing option during online registration.
Paying an initial deposit of $550 to reserve your spot in an upcoming cohort and divide the remaining amount of your program cost into 6 monthly payments. Due on the 1st of the month throughout the duration of your program.
Use the “Creative” Pricing option to co-create a Memo of Understanding for a work-study program that honors your financial resources, your life experience, and adds value to Lark’s Song as an organization. This option requires an exploration call to create the terms of your pricing agreement.
How it all works
You can download or request a copy of our LSCC Program Information Guide, set up a free 30-minute LSCC exploration call with our Executive Director, Megan Gilmore to talk through any questions, accommodations, and check out our testimonials from program participants.
If any part of the Lark's Song Certified Coach training program must be cancelled by Lark's Song Inc, Lark's Song will provide a full refund of the service to be provided at no expense or penalty to the program participant.
Successful Completion
After successful completion of the Lark's Song Certified Coach (LSCC) Program you will have:
A professional coaching credential from a CCE approved, nationally registered coach training program and be a Lark’s Song Certified Coach.
30 client hours and well over 120 coach training hours toward your BCC requirement and ICF/ACC credential (portfolio path). Those with a Bachelor's degree or higher will also be eligible and prepared to sit for the Board Certified Coach (BCC) exam.
Coaching skills that will enable you to competently coach individuals, professionals, and groups or teams anywhere in the world.
Access to a network of professional colleagues and professional resources for effective practice and documentation.
A business “toolkit” to allow for easy transition into marketing and starting a professional coaching business.
Partial refunds are available in limited circumstances if participants are dissatisfied or terminate participation less than 30 days before the training program begins. If extenuating circumstances arise and a refund is not available, participants can transfer their registration to a later training cohort.
