Enrolling as a client at Lark’s Song is a choice that requires commitment, a high level of motivation to see change in your life, and an extensive process of self-exploration. This process begins with a "discovery session," which is a 3 hour individual session where the coach and client design their alliance, establish agreements and boundaries, uncover core values, define life purpose, assess strengths and weaknesses, and set goals for their work together.
